The
Marley Aquatower may be the most space/energy efficient
cooling tower available.
Made in either galvanized or stainless steel, the Aquatower
is a maintenance delight! No hidden spray systems, tiny
nozzles, or enclosed basins. You can easily replace and
align V-belts from outside the tower. You won’t have
the chore and expense that goes with high-horsepower, blower
fan towers.
All primary components of the Aquatower are open to view.
You can easily remove any debris from the upper basin or
nozzles while the tower is in operation.
Galvanized steel components, prevents base metal corrosion.
You won’t have to worry about paint chips clogging
your strainers and nozzles, because there is no paint to
flake off.
All QPC Tower Systems are designed and selected to be part
of an integrated system. A total system approach assures
that all the parts work together to provide you the greatest
total performance.

QPC
Pump Tanks are built to last! |
|
| |
|
The
QPC reservoir/pump deck rests on a structural steel framework
and is sized appropriately for the accompanying tower cells.
The tank itself is constructed of stainless steel with all
seams welded inside and out. Welding is kept to a minimum
by using bends at corners of the tank to ensure minimal
exposure to future leaks on 700 gallon tanks and smaller.
The suction legs are stainless steel and on 80-ton towers
and above the suction leg inlets are 6" NPT.
The pump deck is constructed of ¼" minimum plate
for the mounting and aligning the pumps to the suction legs.
This complete deck covering provides a safe work platform
in case of any maintenance or inspection of the system itself.
The same structural frame the stainless steel tank is welded
upon supports this deck.
All of the trim on the pumps and connecting to the tank
and consequently to the main header leading to your process
are of cast iron, flanged, and gasketed. This design has
proven to be structurally sound and trouble free.
The control panels are NEMA 12 with Allen Bradley components.
We only use industrially hardened and proven components
for long term ease of maintenance and durability.
