FEATURES:
 
QPC oil circulating TCUs precisely control the temperature of your process or tool by circulating heat transfer fluid through your process heating and cooling passages.
Oil temperature is regulated with a microprocessor based temperature controller with PID control and Auto tuning.  A thermocouple located in the process oil line provides temperature feedback.
3-phase, flanged, low-watt density immersion heater heats process oil.  Heaters are electronically interlocked to prevent their operating if pump is not running or in the case of low oil pressure. 
Safety thermostat is present at QPC to prevent operation beyond the allowed operating temperature.
QPC hot oil units use positive displacement gear pumps with high temperature mechanical seals.
Automatic Cool-Down is standard on QPC hot oil units.  With the touch of a button, the unit cools process oil down to a present temperature and shuts off.  This time saving feature extends the life of pump seals, heating elements and oil.
